  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Tamil Nadu/Kerala: 3–5 business days

  • Metro Cities: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

  • These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • Tracking details are shared once dispatched.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping over ₹999.

  • Standard shipping charge of ₹999 for orders below threshold.

6. Delivery Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues, strikes, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

  • No refunds or cancellations are allowed solely for delivery delays outside our control.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

  • We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Unclaimed Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, re-shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

3 Refund & Returns Policy 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Items marked FINAL SALE or DISCOUNTED are not eligible for return.

  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear, bodysuits and sleepsuits are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

  • Email returns@shopminimode.com with order number, item details, and reason for return.

  • Wait for approval and instructions before shipping anything back.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • Approved claims will receive replacement or full refund including shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Issued only after returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to error or defect.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchange requests depend on stock availability.

  • Same process as returns applies.

6. No Refunds or Exchanges for:

  • Washed, used, or damaged items due to customer use.

  • Items returned without approval.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect address or failure to accept delivery.

7. Cancellation Policy
